We stayed in the All-Star Movies Resort on Walt Disney World property. Buses come to each resort and take you to the parks and bring you home. So, once I parked the van there, it never moved the whole week. To keep more cost lower, we got a mini-fridge for our room. It was TINY. Normally you pay $10 a night for it. When I asked about the fee (knowing full well how much it was) for the fridge, the cast member checking me in (that's what they call the employess at WDW) said he'd waive the fee. WOOHOO!!! So, we had bottled water and pudding and cheese and grapes and things like that in our fridge in our room. It was great.
We stayed here for 6 nights. We paid $79 a night. The room itself was not fancy, but the decor was what we wanted. Nathan was (still kind of is) a HUGE Buz Lightyear fan and Toy Story fan. Our room was themed with Toy Story characters on the walls and comforter. He thought that was great. We got to our hotel (I guess it was probably called a "resort".) at night and he was asleep so he didn't see what awaited him outside of our room until the next morning.
Paul and I knew this was going to be a huge deal. So, he took the girls down the stairs so they could all be watching Nathan's reaction. I took him down the elevator in his stroller. These characters from the show were HUGE. You can see the hotel ("resort") rooms behind them to get an idea of their size.
