Reflections of a 35 year old...

35 years ago, yesterday, I was born. hmmm. I gave my mother a very long labor after a VERY long pregnancy. Seems to be the beginning of a long story. I think I've pretty much always given her labor. ha! I think my fondest birthday with my mom is the year I was pregnant with Lauren. We got free tickets to the Praise Gathering (an annual concert of the Gaither Homecoming friends in Indy) and we went to the evening concert. I can't remember who we saw sing that night, but I remember the night well. We were sitting in the parking lot and she said, you were born in just a few minutes. She then broke out a couple of Little Debbie Cakes and we celebrated. It was a big birthday for me. I was 25. I was pregnant with my first living child. I was finally feeling like a true adult. We got to meet Brock there (he wasn't living near us then) and hear some great music. It was so much fun. I have many fond birthday memories, but that one was one of the best.

Happy Birthday, to me. :)

Wow, that was a lot of B's! Those are fun memories. :) I'll be praying for your brother-in-law.
