We have recently gotten a lot of snow. A friend of ours came over and pushed the snow off of our driveway and made HUGE piles on either side. The girls went out to play on them Monday night.
Later that evening, I asked them if they had a good time playing on the huge piles. They both said yes. Lauren said that she climbed to the top of one and announced, "I'm the Queen of the world!" To which Brookelyn quickly responds to me, "Yeah, but she isn't really".
I have many funny stories about funny things my kids have said. Maybe I'll dedicate a post or two to it sometime soon.

this story reminds me of something funny caleb said the other day. he was asking where i got the black cape they use to be batman. i told him i was a queen one time and they gave it to me! (i was just a homecoming queen!) anyway, he looked at me with wide eyes and said "did you live in a castle?" Then he wanted to know if there was a king !
oh to see life through the innocent child eyes!
