I've decided to finally start a blog of my own. I've wanted to for a long time, but I was having trouble coming up with a creative name for it. So, here it is...A Legacy for my Arrows.
Psalm 127:3 & 4
3. Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD. The fruit of the womb is His reward.
4. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth.
I homeschool our oldest daughter and the name of our homeschool is Legacy Christian Academy. My goal in life is to leave a legacy for my children. The Webster definition of legacy is this... something transmitted by or received from an ancestor or predecessor or from the past. It's my heart's desire to raise first generation christians (my arrows) and that the "something" I transmit to them is a love for my Lord and a desire for the same for them.

Is Nathan a miniature Brock/Great Grandad in the picture or what? It amazes me how each of your kids has his or her distinct little look. Sweet!
